Three Little Coconut is set to be Singapore’s first coconut-centric cafe, opening in One Punggol on 11 November 2023. This new venture is by the well-known Mr Coconut, which has 50 outlets across the island and is famous for its coconut shakes and beverages.
Menu Highlights:
- Cendol Burnt Cheesecake: A unique twist on the classic iced dessert, featuring pandan jellies, red beans, and coconut sauce.
- Mango Sticky Rice Cheesecake: Combines a coconut milk-infused, glutinous rice base with the original coconut cheesecake.
- Ondeh Ondeh Burnt Cheesecake: Another innovative cheesecake variety.
- Peach Gum Coconut Tang Shui: A coconut soup with nutritious peach gum.
- Barley Longan Coconut Tang Shui: A coconut soup with barley and longan for added texture.
- Coconut Avocado Tang Shui and Coconut Mao Shan Wang Tang Shui: Indulgent coconut milk-based soups, the latter reminiscent of Mr Coconut’s MSW coconut shake.
- Coconut Bobochacha Snowy Ice: Shaved ice with coconut and sweet potato sauce.
- Croffles: Served with chocolate or gula melaka and an optional scoop of coconut ice cream.
- Coconut Jelly and Coconut Pudding: Available with various toppings like MSW durian flesh and Earl Grey jelly.
- Beverages: All of Mr Coconut’s drinks will be available.
The cafe will seat 30 diners and is part of the One Punggol development, adding to the food options in the area.
