Rich And Good Cake Shop, renowned for its delectable Swiss rolls, is set to open a new outlet at City Square Mall in November. This announcement follows the closure of their pop-up booth in the mall’s atrium earlier in August. The bakery has previously established itself with two outlets: the flagship in Bugis and a second popular location in Jewel Changi Airport.
Menu Highlights:
- Kaya Swiss Roll ($12): A must-try for first-timers, this Swiss roll is baked fresh daily. The in-house kaya is prepared daily using fresh coconut and pure pandan extract, and is slow-cooked for four hours with fresh pandan leaves. The roll is characterized by its light and pillowy sponge, which is dense yet soft and moist, layered with fragrant kaya.
- Other Swiss Roll Flavours: Apart from the classic Kaya, the Swiss rolls are available in various flavors such as Red Velvet, Chocolate, Durian, Coffee, and the latest addition, Pandan Cheese. Each roll is priced at $12 and measures almost 30cm in length.
- Ah Ma’s Kaya Cake ($41): A seasonal offering, this cake features the brand’s specialty kaya sandwiched between three layers of fluffy pandan cake.
- Chocolate Delight ($33): A chocolate sponge cake layered with chocolate buttercream and chocolate truffle, topped with Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
