Ganko Sushi, a renowned sushi chain from Japan, introduces a new 15-course Sushi Omakase priced at $130, available for both lunch and dinner at their 313 Somerset outlet. This comes as an affordable option compared to high-end Japanese restaurants where Sushi Omakase can exceed $350 for dinner. Ganko Singapore is the first Southeast Asia branch of this famous Japanese sushi chain, which originated as a small shop in Osaka’s Juso district in 1963. The head chef in Singapore, Chef Kuwahara Toshiyuki, has been with Ganko for over 28 years, bringing an authentic touch to the sushi offerings.

Ganko Sushi’s 15-course omakase offers a quality sushi experience at a competitive price point in today’s sushi omakase market. The use of freshly grated wasabi from Shizuoka and the penchant for torching the fish are indicative of their commitment to quality.
