Klang-Style BKT: Unlike the Teochew-style peppery BKT commonly found in Singapore, Klang-style BKT features a thicker, darker, and herbaceous broth. It is available in both soupy and dry versions. The dry version, in particular, offers a unique spicy and savory taste with dried cuttlefish and chili.
