
Draft Land, a renowned Taiwanese bar, has opened in Singapore in collaboration with Nutmeg & Clove. Known for its unique concept of cocktails on tap, Draft Land offers a selection of 20 cocktails to sample before choosing.

- Afternoon Tea Punch ($20): Features rum, earl grey, and lime.
- Oolong Tea Collins ($15++): A limited-time exclusive with osmanthus and plum.

- Braised Pork Arancini ($14+): Rice balls filled with tender pork.
- Egg Pancake (from $14+): A twist on the traditional dàn bǐng with dill, aged cheddar, and jamon Iberico.
- Fried Oysters ($15+): Large oysters fried in a fluffy batter, served with a tart-spicy sauce and ikura.
- Wagyu Cold Noodles ($16+): Served with A4 Wagyu, soy-cured egg yolk, and toasted goma sauce.
- Heart Attack Fried Rice ($15+): Featuring roasted bone marrow, fried pork lard, and Taiwanese sausages.
- Dessert: Alishan Bubble Tea ($14+), a gelato made with Alishan milk tea, served with gula melaka pearls and pecorino cheese shavings.
The bar features high, cushioned seats and small bar tables, focusing on the long bar counter and the row of taps. There’s also a DJ console for weekend entertainment.
