Din Tai Fung, a popular restaurant chain, is bringing back its Steamed Chocolate Lava Buns for a limited time, from 1 November to 31 December 2023. The buns are available across all Din Tai Fung outlets.
The Steamed Chocolate Lava Bun features 80% premium molten dark chocolate encased in a soft chocolate bun. The bun is made with high-quality flour imported from Taiwan and is finished with a gold brush top to celebrate the year-end festivities. When torn into, the bun reveals a luscious, oozing molten chocolate filling.
The buns are priced at $3.50++ per piece or $10++ for three. OCBC Cardmembers dining in can enjoy a 10% discount on their order of Steamed Chocolate Lava Buns when purchasing three pieces.
The Steamed Chocolate Lava Buns are available while stocks last, so customers are encouraged to visit their nearest Din Tai Fung outlet soon to avoid missing out.
Din Tai Fung had previously launched the Cocoa Nutty Bun, a limited-time special featuring a cocoa-flavoured bao with molten milk chocolate ganache and KITKAT wafer bits, available until 31 May 2023.
