
Crystal Jade Group is celebrating the autumn season with a special menu featuring hairy crab dishes. These crabs, known for their sweetness and buttery roe, are imported from Yangcheng Lake in Jiangsu Province, China.
The limited-edition hairy crab dishes are available from 16 October to 15 December.
At Crystal Jade Palace, Golden Palace, and Pavilion, diners can enjoy Hairy Crab Roe Xiao Long Bao and whole hairy crabs steamed with either Shiso Leaf or aged Chinese Hua Diao Wine, priced at seasonal rates.
Crystal Jade Hong Kong Kitchen offers dishes like Crab Roe Scallion Oil Pastry and Steamed Milk Custard with Crab Roe, Salted Egg Yolk & Conpoy. Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao serves Nanxiang Crab Roe Xiao Long Bao and La Mian with Scallion Oil & Crab Roe.
Jadeite and UOB Cardmembers receive a 15% discount on hairy crab dishes by ordering at least two items from the seasonal specials until 15 December.
Signing up as a Jadeite member is free and can be done online.
Baijiu, such as Kweichow Moutai Bulao, is recommended to pair with the crab dishes, available at a promotional price at fine dining outlets.
