Breakfast Club, known for its retro diner theme, has opened a new outlet at Tiong Bahru Plaza. This follows their initial establishment as a hawker stall in Kovan. The menu at the Tiong Bahru Plaza outlet has some variations compared to their first location.
Menu Highlights:
- Eggs Benedict: Priced at $15, it includes pulled beef, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and a side of fresh greens. Additional ingredients like Smoked Salmon ($4) and Bacon ($2) can be added.
- Breakfast Plate: Costs $12.50 and comprises hash brown, pork sausage, baked beans, cherry tomatoes, scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms, and a bacon strip. Pancake ($1) or Grilled Chicken ($4) can be added for a more filling meal.
- Pancakes: Available for $7.50, each plate comes with two pancakes, maple syrup, and butter.
- Rosti: While plain Rosti starts from $5.90 at the Kovan outlet, the Tiong Bahru branch offers Omelette & Rosti Hash ($11) which includes an omelette with cheese, a rosti hash, and bacon strips.
- Sides and Drinks: They offer sides like Tatertots ($5), Cheese Fries ($5), and Chicken Pops ($7). Drink options include Lemonade ($4), Orange Juice ($4), and Iced Lemon Tea ($4).
