Ingredients:
- 4 small baguettes or one large baguette (sliced into sections)
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1/2 cup diced ham, bacon, or sausage (optional)
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Baguettes:
- Slice the tops off the baguettes and hollow out the insides, leaving a shell about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the hollowed-out baguettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Prepare Egg Mixture:
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add the grated cheese, diced ham/bacon/sausage (if using), bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes, and green onions.
